Verónica Mimoun studied Economics and Business Administration at ESADE and completed her academic training in the United States and Paris. She could have applied her technical knowledge to the family real estate business, but the site visits she made alongside her father changed everything. Give a creative, intuitive and curious person a blank space and they will fill it with harmony and color. And if they also happen to be passionate about architecture, art and nature, their true vocation is very likely to come to light.

Verónica Mimoun Studio was founded more than 14 years ago and, from the very beginning, has kept the same philosophy intact: turning every house into a home. To achieve this, an efficient team of professionals applies the Mimoun strategy: establishing personalized communication with the client, analyzing their needs, offering the most creative and well-judged solutions, and convincing them that the proposal they receive is the one best suited to their interests. The Team

At Verónica Mimoun Studio we believe that great projects are always the result of a great team. That is why, over the years, we have built a group of professionals who are as demanding of their work as they are passionate about what they do.

Our multidisciplinary team brings together interior designers, building engineers, space designers, project managers and site coordinators. Each brings their own specialty; all share the same philosophy: listen before proposing, and propose only what makes sense for the client and for the space.

The interior designer leading the project designs with rigor and sensitivity. The building engineer ensures that every creative decision is also feasible, safe and compliant with regulations. The site coordinator is on site whenever needed, anticipates the unexpected and keeps the project on track. And the project manager is the thread that connects everything: the point of contact the client always has at their side, from the first meeting to the day the project is complete.

We work as a small studio with the capacity of a large one. The service is personal and direct; the execution, reliable and documented.

What We Do

The Mimoun strategy does not end with the design. For more than 14 years, our studio has accompanied each client throughout the entire process, from the first conversation to the moment they open the door to their finished space. These are the disciplines we place at your disposal:

Interior design Concept, space planning, selection of materials, lighting design, custom furniture and 3D visualization. The complete project, with the level of detail it deserves.

Architecture and technical design Drafting of technical projects, management of licenses and permits, and site supervision. Regulatory compliance at every stage.

Full renovation Coordination and execution of complete renovations: structure, building systems, millwork, cladding and finishes. We work with trusted contractors, selected and supervised by our team.

Our Approach to Renovation

A well-executed renovation does not begin on site; it begins at the drawing board. Before the first worker sets foot inside, our team has already analyzed the space in depth, anticipated potential trouble spots and defined every detail of the technical project. Because the best way to avoid surprises during construction is to leave nothing to chance before starting.

During construction, we coordinate all the trades—masonry, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting—with daily oversight that guarantees quality, consistency and timely completion. The client receives regular updates on the progress of the project and always has a direct point of contact at the studio.
